Country-Style Cole Slaw

Serves: 4 cups
Vegan!
Ingredients
1/2 cup
traditional mayonnaise or Veganaise
2 T.
sugar
2 T.
cider vinegar
3/4 tsp.
salt
1/4 tsp.
dry mustard
1/8 tsp.
celery seeds
3/4 cup
coarsely shredded carrots
1/2 cup
diced green pepper
Step by Step Instructions
- In a medium bowl, stir together the first 6 ingredients.
- Add remaining ingredients, and toss to coat well.
- Cover and chill for at least two hours so flavors can mix well.
