This is always a hit; haven't found a person who doesn't like it. Try it with summer squash, zucchini, cukes, or any other fresh vegetables that are in season.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or sour cream)
  • 1 tsp. curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 2 tsp. green onions or scallions, minced

Instructions

    Mix all ingredients together and chill for at least an hour so the flavors can mellow and blend. Enjoy!
