Frozen Mint Lemonade

Quick and easy, and enjoyed by all ages. This is a great healthy alternative to those frozen slushies with their artificial colors and flavors. (For an adults-only party, it also makes a great cocktail; just add 2 oz. of vodka or rum.)

Serves: 6

1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves      View Available Products
2 cups water
3 cups ice cubes

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Blend lemon juice, sugar, and mint until leaves are finely chopped. Add water and ice to blender, and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
  2. Variations: Try adding small amounts of any fruits you have on hand, such as strawberries, raspberries, watermelon, etc. Each will give a different tasty flavor!
