Mill Gap Farm
Mill Gap Farm has one half acre that has been chemical free since 1997 and 2 acres chemical free since 1999. We have 2 acres of hay that is now in the third year of chemical freedom.
We are members of the Western N.C. Authentic Food Growers Asssociation. AFGA focuses on sustainable farming thru nurturing the soil food web primarily with balanced mineralization, actively aerated compost tea, and mulch.
We grow a wide variety of vegetables including several Asian vegetables and extra emphasis this year on Italian vegetables.
