A small cheesemaking operation that makes right in the same building as the cow milking. Pasteurized milk made in 50 lb batches in feta, mozzarella, and original semi-firm styles. Cows raised on grass, sorgum, and rye grass also grown by us. Feta and Mozz come fresh and Semi-firm is aged.
