We maintain hives in Madison, Clarke and Oconee Counties. Our wildflower honey is not heated or fine filtered. It makes one pass through a coarse, stainless steel screen to remove any large wax particles…but that’s all! The diverse, wild blooming plants in our bees’ foraging areas produce a delicious honey that is second to none!
