From grass-fed Katahdin lambs born and raised on our Clarke County farm. Katahdin lambs produce delicious, mild cuts. We use this ground lamb to make the most delicious shepherd's pie - lamb browned with veggies, topped with mashed potatoes, and browned in the oven. We also use for burgers, meatballs, gyros, and meatloaf. This ground lamb is USDA inspected, vacuum packed, and delicious.
