New topping. Same great loaf. Instead of cinnamon sugar sprinkled on top, we dust heavily with powdered sugar. A breakfast/snack bread using our Wild Yeast. We use red whole wheat (that we freshly grind), sweetened with Lazy Willow honey. Other ingredients include: Southern Swiss buttermilk, organic cinnamon sugar, organic raisins, and organic pecans. A bread that reminds one of our members of bagels. Contains nuts, wheat and dairy. All of our breads, pickles and such are prepared in a kitchen that contains nuts, four, and dairy.
