On 6 1/2 acres in Canon (Franklin Co)Pure Sol Farm has recreated the family farm using no chemicals and no GMO’s. Three generations of our family are working to produce quality foods for ourselves and the community focusing on the well being of the earth as we grow. At Pure Sol Farm we are keenly aware that farming is fast becoming a lost art and sustainable agriculture is urgently needed in our society.

At the present time we have sheep, pigs, vegetables, very young fruit trees, strawberries, and our first beehive. Next we will be adding a live plant license to sell our plants. We are selling members of two area farmers’ markets.

Andy Anderson is the farmer here and is the head grower in a greenhouse operation.
