Alfredo’s bread is a local artisan sourdough bakery. Most of our breads consist of nothing more than organic flour, water, and sea salt mixed together by hand and leavened naturally by the yeasts & bacteria that exist in the environment and in the flour.
Although, that doesn’t mean that we stay away from the wonders of flavor. We also have sweetened and savory breads which are also naturally leavened and made with the highest quality ingredients. That means we first try to procure ingredients such as milk,eggs,honey and pecans locally. And when local ingredients are unavailable we acquire organic ingredients. We are committed to flavor and quality.
