Hello – we are two artisan cheese-makers that have built a dairy and cheese plant in Roopville, Ga. We have partnered with a local cow’s milk dairy and are on site at a goat’s milk farm for our supply of grass fed milk. We produce cow’s milk cheeses year round and goat’s milk cheeses seasonally. we have fresh and aged cheeses.
