We’re a very small market garden specializing in unusual vegetable varieties. We grow a little of everything, but we emphasize a few things that we like particularly well: heirloom and hybrid tomatoes, beans, eggplant, and greens. We’re especially fond of Asian vegetables, from yard-long beans to edamame.
We are chemical-free and try to farm as sustainably as we can. Our soil is enriched by composted kitchen and yard waste, composted manure from our free-range poultry, and organic additives such as minerals and sea vegetables.
